Our Story
We didn't just imagine it—we built it. We're two sisters Elyse (17) and Elle (13) who believe that great coffee should do more than wake you up—it should make a difference.
What started as a love for specialty coffee turned into a mission: to create a brand that combines premium quality with real impact. Every bag we sell supports St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, where families never receive a bill for treatment, travel, housing, or food.
How It Started
It all began with a simple idea: what if every cup of coffee you enjoyed could help save a child's life?
We didn't have a roadmap or fancy credentials. What we had was a passion for exceptional coffee and a burning desire to make a positive impact. We spent months researching roasters, tasting profiles, and learning about coffee sourcing. We partnered with ethical, sustainable farms that share our values. And we committed to roast-to-order freshness—because if we're going to do this, we're going to do it right.
Then came the big decision: we wanted our business to stand for something bigger than profit. That's when we chose St. Jude Children's Research Hospital as our cause.
